How do I check compatibility?
Use the compatibility matrix to explore options. For final review, provide the equipment model, software version, port type and intended optic or cable. A listing alone does not establish that a physical test was performed.
Can I send a BOM for a project quote?
Yes. Email your specification and attach a PDF or spreadsheet to sales@sfps.ae. You can use the quotation form above to prepare your email.
What warranty applies?
Fyber Optix compatible transceivers are offered with a lifetime warranty, subject to the applicable terms. Ask for written coverage and exclusions for your selected part. Other equipment has product-specific warranty terms. Read the warranty and support summary →

Specify the documentation required in your enquiry. SFPS will confirm which reports or compatibility documents are available for the offered product and whether additional testing is needed.
