Credit notes may be issued at the sole discretion of SFPS Group for standard, non-custom-made equipment only. Custom-built, special-order, or configured items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Any credit note issued is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issuance. Unused credit notes will automatically expire after this period and cannot be extended or redeemed.

To qualify for a credit note, goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in complete packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documentation.

All returns are subject to prior written approval from SFPS Group. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. SFPS Group reserves the right to reject or adjust the credit value if items are found to be damaged, used, or incomplete.

Credit notes will include applicable VAT adjustments in accordance with UAE regulations and will reference the original tax invoice.

Credit notes are non-transferable and may only be applied against future purchases by the original customer.

Credit notes may only be applied toward future invoices and cannot be redeemed for cash.
