Ownership, Custom Manufacturing & Pricing Liability Statement

Fyber Optix supplies compatible and custom-manufactured networking equipment produced to meet specific client and project requirements. All such products are developed, configured, and in many cases programmed or labeled under Fyber Optix’s control or through its approved manufacturing partners. Due to the nature of global supply chains, the materials and components used in compatible and custom equipment—including semi conductors, optical elements, and raw materials—are subject to market volatility, availability constraints, and external economic factors. Any fluctuations, shortages, or changes in material costs, currency exchange, or logistics may directly impact pricing. SFPS and Fyber Optix reserves the right to adjust pricing at any stage prior to confirmed order acceptance where such changes are driven by increases in material costs, manufacturing inputs, or supply chain conditions.Under no circumstances shall SFPS Arabia FZ LLC or Fyber Optix be held liable for.

Increases in material or component costs beyond its controlMarket-driven price fluctuations after quotation issuance

Delays or cost impacts caused by global supply chain disruptions

Any indirect or consequential losses arising from such changesAll quotations are provided based on current market conditions and are subject to revision unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.

By proceeding with any order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms in full.

Zero Tolerance Returns

Staff Respect Policy


At our company, we are committed to delivering high-quality products, reliable service, and professional support. To maintain this standard, we operate a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding product returns and staff conduct.

Returns Policy – Zero Tolerance

All sales are considered final unless explicitly agreed in writing prior to purchase.

Due to the nature of IT hardware, optical transceivers, and networking equipment, we do not accept returns based on incorrect ordering, compatibility misunderstandings, or change of mind. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify specifications, compatibility, and requirements before placing an order.

Returns will only be considered under the following conditions:  The product is proven to be defective and specs should be confirmed by the customer side before ordering.

The issue is reported within the agreed warranty period

The item has not been tampered with, damaged, or altered.  Any items ordered for custom made equipment if the process has already begun is not eligible for return or a refund however at the discretion of management is eligible for a credit note.

All original packaging, labels, and serial integrity are intactAny unauthorized return shipments will be rejected.We reserve the right to test all returned items. If no fault is found, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Respect Towards Staff – Zero ToleranceWe maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of abuse, harassment, or disrespect directed at our team.This includes, but is not limited to:Aggressive or threatening languageVerbal abuse, shouting, or intimidation.  If for any reason staff is mistreated or faces any misconduct any deals will be made void and no refund will be offerable.

Discriminatory or offensive remarks.

Repeated unreasonable demands outside agreed terms

Any such behavior will result in:Immediate suspension of communicationCancellation of ongoing orders or services

SFPS reserves the right to refuse any refunds on supplied equipment.

All sales are considered final once processed, particularly where goods are sourced, configured, or allocated specifically to customer requirements. Where our team has provided technical consultation, specification support, or engineering input to identify the correct materials, this time is chargeable and forms part of the agreed service.

By proceeding with an order, the customer acknowledges that engineering and advisory time is billable, and SFPS reserves the right to decline any cancellations, returns, or refund requests under these circumstances.
