Description

SFPS Generic compatible OSFP-800G-2xXDR4 optical transceiver is designed for 800G Ethernet interconnects, supporting up to 2 km link lengths over single-mode fiber (SMF) via dual MTP/MPO-12 connectors. The module performs 8-channel 106.25Gb/s electrical-to-optical conversion on the transmitter side and 8-channel 106.25Gb/s optical-to-electrical conversion on the receiver side, enabling an aggregate 800Gb/s data rate over a parallel XDR4 interface. By providing a standardized 800G XDR4 optical interface and support for 2×400G XDR4 breakout configurations, the OSFP-800G-2xXDR4 enables flexible port utilization and efficient bandwidth scaling, making it suitable for high-density 800G Ethernet deployments in data center and cloud network environments.
